Strategic consultancy – established new membership scheme for Barbican Arts Centre increasing customer loyalty; lead management team of Royal Academy of Arts membership scheme (80,000 members) raising donations of over 4 million GBP annually; developing audience segmentation and communication strategy for Design Council to increase audience reach

Online communication – liaising with senior staff to develop new website for CARE Egypt, writing all content; develop communications and fundraising strategy including new website, blog and email and social media communication strategy for FMCH Indonesia and FMCH group, writing all text and video scripts
